ESSENTIAL EVENT DECOR – TERMS & CONDITIONS

General

By placing an order or submitting an enquiry with Essential Event Decor (EED), you agree to the terms and conditions outlined below. These terms are in place to protect both our clients and our business and ensure a smooth, professional experience.

Latex Allergy & Safety Notice

Some of our balloon installations and products contain natural latex, which may cause allergic reactions.

By booking our services or purchasing balloon-related products, you confirm that no guests, clients, or venue staff with known latex allergies will be placed at risk.

Essential Event Decor cannot be held responsible for allergic reactions once products have been installed or delivered

Clients are responsible for informing venues and guests where necessary

Balloons are not suitable for children under 8 years old without adult supervision

Bespoke & Personalised Items

All balloon décor, installations, and personalised items are custom-made to order. Due to the bespoke nature of these items, all personalised items are non-refundable.

Clients are responsible for approving designs before final confirmation. Any changes requested after approval may incur additional charges.

Returns & Refunds PolicyBalloon décor & installations Balloon décor is non-returnable and non-refundable. Balloons are sensitive to temperature, handling, and environmental conditions. Once installed or delivered, responsibility transfers to the client.

Greeting cards & non-personalised items

Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery, provided items are unused and in their original condition. Return postage costs are the responsibility of the customer. Refunds are issued once items are received and inspected.

Delivery & Set-Up

Delivery and set-up times are agreed in advance. Essential Event Decor is not responsible for delays caused by incorrect address details, venue access issues, or third-party delays. Outdoor installations are subject to weather conditions and may be adjusted for safety reasons.

Deposits & Payments

A non-refundable deposit is required to secure all bookings. Bookings are not confirmed until payment is received. Final balances must be paid in full before installation or dispatch.

Photography & Marketing

Essential Event Decor may photograph completed installations for marketing and social media purposes. If you prefer your event not to be shared, please notify us in writing before your event date.
